Busy night with 2 foals

Busy night with 2 foals

Every breeder knows the story of the birth alarm going off and you immediately being in the barn to see the birth, supervise it and enjoy new life. And then to sleep for a few more hours.

For us, this night turned out a little differently. Instead of crawling back into bed, the second mare was also about to give birth. It was a tough night but with 2 healthy foals it is all worth it.

The first to come and say hello is Checkmate R Z (Camargo II out of our mare Silvia 111, half-sister to Winningmood). It is a magnificent stallion.

The second born was a filly by Emerald out of the same mare Silvia 111. This one had already been sold as an embryo to Josh Hutchins from the UK. Jos gave the foal the name Easy way JH.

We wish him congratulations with his filly.
